How are we paid?

North Wales Mortgages are committed, fee free mortgage brokers.
Of course we still get paid, here’s how we earn our income.
When we arrange a mortgage for you, we receive a payment from the lender when the mortgage completes, just like every other broker. The difference is that unlike the other mortgage brokers, we do not to charge our customers a fee on top of this.
You should also know that if you use our service, you won’t pay any more than you would going directly to the lender for the same mortgage. But don’t forget, we’ll handle the entire process for you.
We are also able to provide additional optional services such as conveyancing and life insurance.
With the optional life insurance, we receive a commission payment from the insurance provider. We provide the lowest premiums available to us, we never load your premiums to earn more commission.
